Return & Refund Policy

If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help

ORDER CANCELLATION (BEFORE DISPATCH)

Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, after which your order piece goes into production & that makes it impossible for us to cancel/refund your order.

If you wish to cancel your purchase & are able to do so within 24 hours of placing the order, we will notify you by email once we’ve processed your refund and in case of prepaid orders (usually within 48 hours).

This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.

TO INITIATE A RETURN :

We have a 48-HOUR return policy, which means you have 48 HOURS after receiving your item to request a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

You can contact us on Whatsapp on +91 9205307945, or DM us on Instagram with your Order Number (within 48 hours of receiving your order).

Once your return is accepted, you can either ship the product back to our warehouse or we can have the product picked up from your delivery address at a nominal charge of INR 300/-(shipping details will be shared once a return request is initiated) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your item(s) has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and our backend team has inspected it for damages with no anomalies, our CRM team will automatically process the amount as Store Credit and email/whatsapp with you a Coupon Code for the amount you spent (INR 300 will be adjusted when reverse pick up is arranged by us)

PLEASE NOTE : WE OFFER NO MONETARY REFUNDS FOR RETURN

All pieces are made to order, and great care is taken while processing, packaging & shipping them out to you. However, if by any chance, a genuine human error has occurred that a defective item has been mistakenly shipped to you, please notify us, and we shall replace it immediately or provide you a store credit for the same (Valid for 12 months)

Note: All Customized orders are personalized made to order, and once placed can not be exchanged or return with any product or new Collection. And the Payment will directly go to the store credit which can be used anytime within a 12 months period of time from the issued order date.

Once your exchange request is accepted, we will have the original item picked up from your delivery address & dispatch the exchange item as a replacement.

Our backend team will only be able to ship your exchange upon receiving your return, and you’ll receive the tracking ID via email.

Please note, we can only accept an exchange request once.
